- Traveler information: full names as shown on passports or ID, dates of birth, gender, passport details, frequent flyer and loyalty numbers, Known Traveler or Redress numbers, and emergency contacts.
- Special requirements: dietary needs, accessibility or mobility needs, or health information you choose to share so we can plan a suitable trip.
- Payment information: card details you provide on our secure credit card authorization form so we can make reservations on your behalf.
- Information about other travelers: if you give us details about other people in your party, please make sure they are happy for you to share it.

- Travel Leaders Network: as an independent affiliate, some bookings are processed through the Travel Leaders Network booking and reporting systems.
- Travel insurance providers: such as Allianz Travel Insurance, when you ask us for a quote or buy a policy.
- Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as email, website hosting, form handling, document storage and accounting providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Government authorities: airlines and suppliers may be required to share traveler data with customs, immigration and security authorities in the countries you visit. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
4. Payment Card Information
Card details you give us on our secure authorization form are used only to make the reservations you have approved. Travel costs are charged directly to your card by the supplier. We do not keep card details for longer than we need them to complete your bookings.

Because we plan travel worldwide, your information may be shared with suppliers in other countries, which may have different data protection laws from the United States. We share only what is needed for your booking.
